Quickstart

Prerequisites

Download the desktop app from the link in your welcome email, or sign in at app.averohq.sk and click Download app.

Open Avero and click Settings → Pipedrive.
Click Connect Pipedrive — you’ll be redirected to authorize the OAuth connection.
Once authorized, Avero syncs your activity queue automatically.

Avero only reads activities assigned to the logged-in user. It never writes anything to Pipedrive until you click Save.

Go to Settings → Telephony.
Enter your SIP credentials: server host, username, and password.
Click Connect — Avero registers the SIP account and shows a green indicator when ready.

Using a hosted PBX or UCaaS provider (3CX, FreePBX, Twilio)? Any SIP trunk with standard SIP registration works.

Click Start Power Hour on the home screen.
Avero pulls today’s call activities from Pipedrive and dials the first contact.
After the call ends, the AI transcript and qualification fields appear automatically.
Click Save to Pipedrive — done. Avero dials the next contact.
