How the Power Dialer works

Avero reads your open call activities from Pipedrive and turns them into a queue. You start a Power Hour, and Avero dials each contact one after another — no copy-pasting numbers, no tab switching.

Starting a Power Hour

  1. Click Start Power Hour on the home screen.
  2. Avero loads all call activities due today (or overdue) for your Pipedrive user.
  3. The first contact is dialed immediately using your connected SIP line.
  4. After the call ends (or you skip), the next contact is ready.
You can pause at any time — your queue position is saved.

Call outcomes

After each call you pick an outcome before saving:

Queue filters

By default the queue includes all open call activities assigned to you. You can narrow it:
  • By pipeline — only contacts in a specific Pipedrive pipeline
  • By label — target a list segment (e.g. “hot lead”)
  • By date range — due today, this week, or a custom range

Local presence (caller ID)

If your plan includes multiple DID numbers, Avero can match the outgoing caller ID to the contact’s area code — increasing answer rates by showing a local number.
Local presence requires DID numbers in the regions you call. Avero does not provide numbers itself — you bring your own SIP trunk with the DIDs you need.

SIP call quality

Avero uses the SIP/RTP stack directly — no browser, no WebRTC. This means:
  • No echo or codec negotiation overhead
  • Works with any corporate firewall that allows SIP traffic
  • Call audio is never routed through Avero’s servers

Inbound calls during a Power Hour

Inbound calls ring through normally on your SIP line. Avero detects the incoming call, pauses the queue, and lets you answer. After the inbound call ends, you can resume the queue.
