Plans

Avero offers four paid plans plus a free trial.

What counts as a minute?

A minute is one minute of outbound or inbound call time on your connected SIP line — the same unit your carrier bills. Avero counts call duration from answer to hangup, rounded up to the nearest minute.
Avero does not mark up carrier call minutes. The minutes in your plan are tracked for usage reporting only — actual call costs are billed directly by your SIP carrier.

Seats

A seat is one active Avero user in a workspace. Inviting a new team member uses one seat. Removing a user frees the seat. If you reach your seat limit, new invitations are blocked until you upgrade or remove an existing user.

Transcription minutes

Transcription minutes are consumed when the AI Call Coach transcribes a call. One call minute = one transcription minute. Calls that end before the AI starts processing (e.g. very short no-answer attempts) do not consume transcription minutes.

Upgrading or downgrading

To change your plan, go to Settings → Billing and click Change plan. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Enterprise

For teams larger than 25 or with custom requirements (SSO, on-premises deployment, custom SLA, volume pricing), contact sales at sales@averohq.sk.

Billing is per workspace. Each workspace has its own plan, seat count, and usage limits. One user can be a member of multiple workspaces, each billed separately.
Avero does not store audio recordings. Only text transcripts are stored, for the retention period defined by your plan. You can delete transcripts at any time from Call history.
