Overview

Avero connects to Pipedrive via OAuth. Once connected, it:
  • Reads your open call activities to build the dialing queue
  • Writes call outcomes, transcripts, and qualification fields back to Pipedrive
  • Creates follow-up activities based on your Automation rules
Avero never writes anything automatically — every save is initiated by you (or an explicit Automation rule you configure).

Connecting Pipedrive

  1. Go to Settings → Pipedrive.
  2. Click Connect Pipedrive.
  3. You’ll be redirected to Pipedrive to authorize the connection.
  4. After authorization, Avero syncs your activity queue.
You need Pipedrive admin or standard access. Avero uses the OAuth scopes: activities:read, activities:write, deals:read, deals:write, contacts:read, contacts:write.

What Avero writes to Pipedrive

Mapping qualification fields

Avero’s four AI qualification fields map to Pipedrive custom fields on the deal. You configure this mapping once in Settings → Pipedrive → Field mapping.

Multiple Pipedrive users

Each Avero seat connects its own Pipedrive account. Activities are always pulled for the logged-in user — Avero doesn’t access other reps’ activities.

Disconnecting Pipedrive

Go to Settings → Pipedrive and click Disconnect. This removes Avero’s OAuth token. Data already saved to Pipedrive is not affected. To fully revoke access, also go to your Pipedrive account under Settings → Connected apps and remove Avero.
