# Quickstart

> Get Avero up and running in under 10 minutes.

## Prerequisites

* A Pipedrive account with admin access
* A SIP phone line (any provider — Avero brings your own)
* Windows 10+ or macOS 12+

## Step 1: Download Avero

Download the desktop app from the link in your welcome email, or sign in at [app.averohq.sk](https://app.averohq.sk) and click **Download app**.

## Step 2: Connect Pipedrive

1. Open Avero and click **Settings → Pipedrive**.
2. Click **Connect Pipedrive** — you'll be redirected to authorize the OAuth connection.
3. Once authorized, Avero syncs your activity queue automatically.

<Note>
  Avero only reads activities assigned to the logged-in user. It never writes anything to Pipedrive until you click **Save**.
</Note>

## Step 3: Add your SIP line

1. Go to **Settings → Telephony**.
2. Enter your SIP credentials: server host, username, and password.
3. Click **Connect** — Avero registers the SIP account and shows a green indicator when ready.

<Tip>
  Using a hosted PBX or UCaaS provider (3CX, FreePBX, Twilio)? Any SIP trunk with standard SIP registration works.
</Tip>

## Step 4: Start a Power Hour

1. Click **Start Power Hour** on the home screen.
2. Avero pulls today's call activities from Pipedrive and dials the first contact.
3. After the call ends, the AI transcript and qualification fields appear automatically.
4. Click **Save to Pipedrive** — done. Avero dials the next contact.
