# Pipedrive

> Connect Avero to Pipedrive to sync activities, deals, and contacts.

## Overview

Avero connects to Pipedrive via OAuth. Once connected, it:

* Reads your open call activities to build the dialing queue
* Writes call outcomes, transcripts, and qualification fields back to Pipedrive
* Creates follow-up activities based on your Automation rules

Avero never writes anything automatically — every save is initiated by you (or an explicit Automation rule you configure).

## Connecting Pipedrive

1. Go to **Settings → Pipedrive**.
2. Click **Connect Pipedrive**.
3. You'll be redirected to Pipedrive to authorize the connection.
4. After authorization, Avero syncs your activity queue.

<Note>
You need Pipedrive **admin** or **standard** access. Avero uses the OAuth scopes: `activities:read`, `activities:write`, `deals:read`, `deals:write`, `contacts:read`, `contacts:write`.
</Note>

## What Avero reads from Pipedrive

| Data | Used for |
| - | - |
| Open call activities (assigned to you) | Building the dialing queue |
| Contact phone numbers | Dialing |
| Deal fields | Displaying context during the call |
| Custom fields | Mapping qualification output |

## What Avero writes to Pipedrive

| Data | Written when |
| - | - |
| Activity marked done | You click **Save** after a call |
| Call outcome note | You click **Save** |
| Transcript (as note) | You click **Save** with transcript included |
| Qualification fields | You click **Save** |
| Follow-up activity | Automation rule fires, or you create one manually |
| Deal stage change | Automation rule fires |

## Mapping qualification fields

Avero's four AI qualification fields map to Pipedrive custom fields on the deal. You configure this mapping once in **Settings → Pipedrive → Field mapping**.

| Avero field | Suggested Pipedrive field type |
| - | - |
| ICP fit (1–5) | Number |
| Budget | Single-option (Confirmed / Mentioned / Not discussed) |
| Timeline | Single-option (\< 30 days / 30–90 days / 90+ days / Not discussed) |
| Decision maker | Checkbox |

## Multiple Pipedrive users

Each Avero seat connects its own Pipedrive account. Activities are always pulled for the logged-in user — Avero doesn't access other reps' activities.

## Disconnecting Pipedrive

Go to **Settings → Pipedrive** and click **Disconnect**. This removes Avero's OAuth token. Data already saved to Pipedrive is not affected.

To fully revoke access, also go to your Pipedrive account under **Settings → Connected apps** and remove Avero.
